How much does it cost?
Individuals can get a basic report for free as long as they share their data.
Employers can get access to the platform as long as they share their data. Pricing can be found here. This goes towards supporting the maintenance and development of this site.
Can I buy the report without participating?
Straight answer to this is no. For us money is secondary to the data. Without data we cannot be of service to you or any of our clients .
The job position I need is not listed. What do I do?
We only display job positions when we have enough data points. New positions are occasionally added to the list. If a particular job position is not listed on the website, contact us and we’ll help you find a solution to your needs.
How do I access the platform (employers)?
Once you submit your data, you are given a username and password to access the platform. You can login and view the report from our website. Submitting your data entitles you to a 12-month 24/7 membership.
How do I get access to my report (individual)?
Once you submit your data, it is validated and a report is sent to you via email. From Monday to Friday we usually reply within 24hrs. We need to validate the data to ensure we understand your submission before adding it to the dataset.
Is the salary data accurate?
Our database holds 200 different positions of jobs in Malta, the data of which is collated from more than 11,569 data points. We gather as much salary data for each specific job position until a representative sample is established. We don’t publish data if the sample doesn't measure up.
From where do you get the data?
We get data from two sources. Directly from the payroll of employers, from payslips & employment contracts of individuals. All data is validated and is real.
Is the salary data up-to-date?
New salary data is regularly added to our online database to give you the most accurate and current information possible about salaries in Malta.
Is it safe to submit my salary data?
We have very strict guidelines how data is handled. All salary data is always presented as an aggregate. This means that data is always computed with other data points. Internally only two persons have access to the dataset and their access is supplemented with two step security. The database as well as server communication is encrypted. All information collected is processed according to the Data Protection Act (Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta).
