The HR Network Series: The Future of HR

The 3rd HR Network Series, organised by salariesinmalta.com, will be held on 2nd of September 2016. The focus of this series is to create a strong community of HR Leaders and Practitioners that will redefine and reshape HR in Malta, through the collaboration and sharing of best practices. Throughout the series, we will be featuring leading local and international HR Directors and business leaders from different companies and sectors.

The event will be hosted by Caroline Buhagiar, Head of Analytics at salariesinmalta.com, and is entitled The Future of HR.

For our third HR Network Series we have the pleasure to have with us, Dr. Federico Milanetti, HR Business Partner at Nestle based in Malta, and special guest speaker Mr. Allan Freed, Principal Consultant at RBL’s European office in Edinburgh, Scotland. Both speakers will talk about the “Future of HR” both locally and globally. We will take a look at the skills and competencies needed to be future-ready as an HR Community in order to support business growth and drive sustainability.

Federico is HR Business Partner of Nestlé Malta Ltd. Following a Master Degree in International Economics and Management, Federico joined Nestlé Italiana S.p.A. in the Milan HQ with increasing responsibilities in the Human Resource Management of the Nestlé Purina Business in Italy. In 2014 he moved to Malta and since then he is accountable for the people agenda within Nestlé Malta Ltd and the creation and implementation of the people strategy in the local market.

As the Principal Consultant in RBL’s European office, Allan manages consulting and executive education programs delivered to our European clients. Since joining RBL in 2008 he has worked with over 100 organizations on HR transformation, HR strategy development, HR executive education and leadership development projects. In addition to his work in Europe, Allan has worked extensively in the Middle East, Asia, Australia and North America, helping HR leaders transform and quantify the value they create.

Caroline in an avid and passionate HR professional who has worked in large multinational companies both in manufacturing and the finance sector. She served as Global Learning Director in Europe, US and Asia. She is fluent in manufacturing excellence, business excellence, building HR capability and driving company performance through leadership development. Her experience has given her a clear understanding of what it takes to inspire, lead, grow and manage people.
