The 2nd HR Network Series, organised by Salariesinmalta.com will be held on 6th May 2016. The focus of this series is to create a strong community of HR Leaders and Practitioners that will redefine and reshape HR in Malta, through the collaboration and sharing of best practices. Throughout the series, we will be featuring leading local and international HR Directors and business leaders from different companies and sectors. The event will be hosted by Caroline Buhagiar, Head of Analytics at Salariesinmalta.com.

For our second HR Network Series we have the pleasure to have with us, Mr Martin Gregory, Head of HR at Hudson Holdings based in Malta, and special guest speaker Aaron Kloch - Senior Advisor at Corporate Executive Board, HR’s Practice based in London. Both speakers will share their use of HR metrics within the organizational settings and the importance of these metrics on developing a strategic HR plan aimed at business growth.

Martin Gregory - Human Resources Director at Hudson Holdings Malta

Martin joined the company in July 2015 as HR Director with a view of driving the organisation changes required to enable the continued local and global expansion of the Group. Prior to joining the Group, Martin was employed for 14 years as Head of HR with Vodafone Malta and had previously held various HR roles with ST Microelectronics, two major employers globally and in Malta.
