You are invited to join us for salariesinmalta.com's sixth HR Network Series entitled Attraction & Retention Strategies on the 5th May 2017 from 08:30 till 12:30 at Xara Lodge, Rabat

For our sixth HR Network Series we will focus on discussing strategies that help attracting and retaining talent. Attraction and Retention has been a hot topic for the last two decades and studies show it will continue to be with us in the near future. In this session we will explore some of the challenges we face in Malta and local organizations to attract and retain key talent. At the same time we will also hear how other regions are managing this aspect within their organizations and share some of their strategies with us.

We will have the pleasure to have with us, Ben Davies, President at ChapmanCG, an executive search firm dedicated to the Human Resources profession together with Etienne Gatt, IT and IGaming Recruitment Manager at KONNEKT Search and Selection Ltd. Ben will be providing an overview of the talent and attraction strategies companies are implementing across Europe and around the world whereas Etienne will provide us with a brief review of the talent market in Malta and some of the challenges and opportunities companies face locally to attract and retain talent. He will also share some best practices that companies are implementing to attract and retain their employees.

The focus of this series is to create a strong community of HR Leaders and Practitioners that will redefine and reshape HR in Malta, through the collaboration and sharing of best practices. Throughout the series, we will be featuring leading local and international HR Directors and business leaders from different companies and sectors. The event will be hosted by Caroline Buhagiar Klass, Strategic Partner with RBL Group Europe.
