For our 8th HR Network Series we will focus our discussion on the expectations of Business Leaders from HR Practitioners and the HR Function. We will discuss how Business Leaders see HR and what are the critical competencies that HR Practitioners should master to drive business performance and achieve long term sustainability.

In this session we will have the pleasure to have with us a General Manager and a Regional CEO who will share their expectations of the HR Function and those working within it.

The focus of this series is to create a strong community of HR Leaders and Practitioners that will redefine and reshape HR in Malta, through the collaboration and sharing of best practices. Throughout the series, we will be featuring leading local and international HR Directors and business leaders from different companies and sectors.
