For our 9th HR Network Series we will focus on the role of HR Business Partners. The role of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in an organisation, is linked to the maturity level of a company's HR operating model and how HR services are operated and delivered. As an example, a company with an HR function structured as a 'High impact operating model' (HIOM), no longer focuses on rationalization aspects of the HR function, but seeks to bring the HR function closer to the business by turning teams into consultants and advisers, and then moves HR people skills up to a new level.

We will have the pleasure to have with us Mr Stefano Mancini - Global HR Business Partner for Johnson Matthey based in Cambridgeshire, UK and Ms Alexia Frendo - Lead HR Business Partner at Kindred Group based in Malta.

The focus of this series is to create a strong community of HR Leaders and Practitioners that will redefine and reshape HR in Malta, through the collaboration and sharing of best practices. Throughout the series, we will be featuring leading local and international HR Directors and business leaders from different companies and sectors. The event will be hosted by Caroline Buhagiar Klass, Strategic Partner with RBL Group Europe.
