The 3rd edition of the HR Network Series, organised by salariesinmalta.com was successfully held on 2nd Septmeber 2016 at Global College Malta. The event focused on the future of HR, both locally and globally, and discussed the skills and competencies required in order to prepare the HR community for the future. Attendees included a number of HR and finance professionals, as well as directors of some of the largest financial, media, recruitment and manufacturing companies in Malta.
The main aim of the HR Network Series is to create a strong community of HR leaders and practitioners who together, can redefine and reshape HR in Malta. This is done through networking, collaboration and sharing best practices in HR.
The event was hosted by Ms. Caroline Buhagiar, Head of Analytics at salariesinmalta.com. Dr. Federico Milanetti, HR Business Partner at Nestle based in Malta, and Mr. Allan Freed, Principal Consultant at RBL’s European office in Edinburgh, Scotland, were invited to speak at the event.
Dr. Milanetti is responsible for the people agenda within Nestlé Malta Ltd and the creation and implementation of the people strategy in the local market. Mr. Freed manages consulting and executive education programs delivered to several European clients and has worked with over 100 organizations on HR transformation, HR strategy development and leadership development projects.
